Director. Filmmaker. Storyteller.

Ra Dreyfus began her career as a photographer, having been mentored in Germany on various Vogue campaigns. In 2015, two photographs from her collection ‘Demons’ held a short exhibition at the Louvre. Ra returned to her native LA in 2009 and secured a position as the head writer for an adult entertainment production company, during which her film ‘Assassins’ was nominated for an AVN for Best Screenplay.

Ra has directed music videos & commercials for an array of artists and brands. She is currently in the process of writing her first feature for Miramax with Kevin Williamson, a psychological horror which she is also directing. Last year, she partnered with Jack Black, Scooter Braun and Shadow Machine to develop an animated comedy series. Though primarily a writer/director, Ra is also at home as a producer: last year she show-ran two shows for Participant Media’s digital division, SoulPancake. She also just sold a show to Village Roadshow about her life as an orthodox jew writing porn.
